TAX RORT: The Australian Tax Office has revealed that more than half of resources and energy companies paid NO TAX in the 2013 - 2014 financial year. This includes some of the largest in Australia like Exxon Mobil Australia and Chevron Australia. While the mining industry claims to be the backbone of the economy, taxpayers like you are footing the bills for most of their business inputs. It's time the government stands up to this industry.
